Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and stk666 ("Platform", "we" or "us"). By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the stk666 platform, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions in this Agreement.

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions take effect as soon as you complete the account registration process or use stk666 services for the first time. This Agreement covers all activities carried out on the platform including sports betting, online slot games, live casino, fish shooting and all other games offered.

stk666 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notification of significant changes will be communicated via email or notice within the platform. Continued use after an amendment takes effect is considered acceptance of the amended terms.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the stk666 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Not be subject to any legal restrictions in your jurisdiction that prohibit participation in online betting activities.
• Register in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• Provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of registration.
• Not have been previously banned or suspended from the stk666 platform.

3Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to register and hold one (1) account on the stk666 platform at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all such accounts.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. stk666 bears no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login information.

For identity verification purposes, stk666 reserves the right to request a copy of your identification document (MyKad or equivalent), proof of residential address, and documents relating to the payment method used. Refusal to submit the requested documents may result in your account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

The stk666 platform supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia. Deposits and withdrawals can be made via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on the method and current request volume.

stk666 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain limit or are considered high risk. All withdrawals must be made to an account or wallet registered in the same member's name — transfers to third parties are prohibited.

If there is any attempt at fraud or use of unauthorised payment methods, stk666 reserves the right to freeze the account and recover all related funds.

5Bonuses & Promotions

stk666 offers various types of bonuses and promotions to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer. The following general terms apply to all promotions:

• A 100% welcome bonus up to a maximum of RM500 is given on a new member's first deposit.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount received. For example: a deposit of RM100 generates a bonus of RM100, giving a balance of RM200 and a wagering requirement of RM1,500.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• stk666 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and withdraw related winnings if any attempt to exploit promotions is found.
• Each member is entitled to one welcome bonus only for the lifetime of the account.

6Game Rules

All games on the stk666 platform are operated using software that has been independently verified and audited. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a system technical failure.

In the event of a technical failure — including server outages, internet connection issues or software errors — stk666 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the bet amount to the member. Results obtained during a technical failure are not considered valid.

The use of automation software, bots, or any unfair method to gain an advantage in games is prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these Terms.

7Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the stk666 platform:

• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Creating fake accounts or using another person's identity information.
• Manipulating or attempting to exploit software bugs to gain a financial advantage.
• Use of VPN or other methods to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions.
• Threats or harassment directed at customer service staff or other members.

8Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting stk666 customer service via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all eligible fund balances will be processed for withdrawal once verification requirements are met.

stk666 also reserves the right to close or suspend an account at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of breach of these Terms, recommendations from regulatory authorities, or where suspicious activity is detected. In the event of closure by stk666 for reasons not attributable to member fault, any valid fund balance will be returned.

A self-exclusion programme is available for members who wish to set betting limits or temporarily pause account use, as part of stk666's commitment to responsible gambling.

9Limitation of Liability

stk666 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from: service interruptions beyond our control (force majeure), third-party hardware or software failures, loss of internet access on the user's end, or any action or omission by the user themselves.

stk666's maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the claim. stk666 assumes no liability for anticipated profits or indirect losses.

10Amendments to Terms

stk666 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to members via platform notice or email at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except for amendments required immediately for legal or security reasons.

It is the member's responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically. The latest version is always available on this page with a clear update date. Continued use after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the latest version.

11Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and enforced in accordance with the applicable laws under stk666's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from this Agreement will be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process before being brought before a court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement.
